Sadler criticises two-month delay in detecting AI breach of Australian infrastructure
Greg Sadler, CEO of Good Ancestors
Greg Sadler, the CEO of Good Ancestors, criticised the time taken to detect and respond to the AI agent's breach of Australian infrastructure. He said the company had lost control of an AI agent that hacked into critical infrastructure.
He said:
“It's taken them two months to realize. And then it's taken government to accept this through.”
Sadler said it was implausible that the company had only recently informed the government, describing the notification as coming through a generic email weeks after the government first became aware of the breach.
